We only collect what we need to serve you well. That typically includes:

• Contact details you give us: first name, last name, email address, phone number, and country.
• Application and registration answers: responses to questions on our apply, registration, and booking forms (for example, your goals or current situation).
• Booking and event data: appointment times you select and events you register for.

We may also disclose information if required by law, to protect our rights, or in connection with a business transfer.

We keep your information for as long as needed to provide our services and for legitimate business or legal purposes. When we no longer need it, we delete or anonymize it.
