Watch Chelsea's answer (3:30): So what does it cost?

Lean With Plants does not publish a price. It is a 12-week one-on-one plant-based weight loss coaching program for women that I founded, and the honest answer to "how much does it cost" is this: it is not cheap, it is not comparable to an e-book, a gym membership, Optavia or Weight Watchers, and it is also not the crazy number most women imagine. For most women it is very doable, there are payment plan options, and we can get creative. Your real number, the one specific to you, is talked about on a 45-minute call after you apply.

That is the short version. Below is the long one, because if you searched "how much does Lean With Plants cost" before filling in a form, you deserve more than a sentence.

The honest reason there is no price on this site

Let me break the fourth wall for a second, because you are going to hear something here you do not hear very often.

Nobody in this industry who runs a high-touch, one-on-one, high-support coaching program puts their price on their website. They just do not make it public, and there is a reason for that. If they did, people would not show up.

That is the whole reason. The marketing numbers do not lie: if I tell you a price up front, whatever that price is, it becomes unlikely that you will show up to the conversation. And if you do not show up, you never get the chance to find out whether this actually solves your problem. Most of the wins on our success page, most of the lives you see changed there, would not exist. That genuinely kills me.

I know this from the other side, too. The call that changed my life was one where I made a massive investment in my business, more than I had ever thought I would spend. On that call I realized I needed a solution I did not have, to fix a problem I badly wanted solved, which was building this program. Would I have shown up to that call if I had known the price first? No. I had to have the conversation. I had to see the solution. I had to see my own gaps before I could see why the investment made sense. It changed my life, and it has changed the lives of the women you see on this site.

So here is where I stand. I believe I have a moral obligation to help as many women as I possibly can find the freedom I found with food. Lean With Plants is built on one idea: leanness literacy is a right, not a privilege.

What I will tell you about the investment

I am not going to pretend it is cheap, and I am not going to compare it to a book or a gym membership. It is not either of those things. Here is what I can say plainly:

  • It is not cheap. Real one-on-one coaching, and learning a skill set that lasts the rest of your life, costs more than an app, a book, a challenge or a box of shakes.
  • It is not comparable to Optavia, Weight Watchers, an e-book or a gym membership. Those sell you a plan and leave the doing to you. This teaches you the doing.
  • It is also not the crazy number most women imagine. For most women it is something very doable.
  • We partner with Klarna and Affirm for payment plans. Our payment plans guide covers how they work.
  • We can get creative. If this is the right fit for you, we want to make it work, and we normally can.

What that looks like for you depends on you: your situation, what you need, and what options you have. That is exactly why it is a conversation and not a price tag.

Who actually invests in this

This program is for women who are already paying the cost, just in pieces. The shakes. The challenges. The books. The memberships they do not show up to. The apps, the courses. Small investments, small results, and none of them last.

The women we work with decide to invest up front and get the job finished instead. They are normal working women. A lot of them are retired and have some savings set aside. They are not millionaires. Every woman whose story you see on our site is a normal human being who decided she was done paying for dieting every year.

If you are reading this and quietly assuming it is not for someone like you, that is exactly the assumption the call is there to test.

The cost of doing nothing

Here is a question worth sitting with before you decide anything is expensive: what has this problem already cost you?

Not this year. In total. Every app subscription you forgot to cancel. Every program you bought in January. The supplements, the meal delivery trial, the gym membership you used for five weeks, the second round of the same diet two years later because you thought this time would be different.

And then there is the cost that is still coming. Carrying extra weight as you age is expensive in ways that do not show up on a receipt all at once. It is diabetes medication. It is extra medical costs every year (the CDC puts the extra medical cost of obesity at close to two thousand dollars a year per adult). It is paying for dieting every single year instead of learning how to do this once, for good.

That is the comparison I care about. Not whether coaching costs more than an app, because it does. Whether you want to spend the next ten years doing what you did for the last ten. If you want that argument laid out as a decision framework rather than a pitch, read is Lean With Plants worth it.

What your investment covers

This is the part that matters for judging value, so here it is plainly.

  • A dedicated coach. A real person, not a bot, not AI, not a group chat with 200 women. She knows your name and your struggles, she checks in and messages you daily, she looks at your plate, and she coaches you through the blind spots you cannot see yourself.
  • No calorie counting, ever. You eat, you snap photos of your food, and your coach coaches you until you can build a weight-loss-optimized plate every time, whether you are eating out or craving pizza at 9pm. The method is built on calorie density, so you eat a larger volume of food and stay full for hours.
  • Three or four tiny daily habits that take about two minutes a day, boiled down from the data of thousands of women to the few things that make the biggest difference.
  • Movement that starts at Rep Zero. First the habit of actually showing up, then strength over time, to protect your bone density, burn fat and keep the muscle you have as you age.
  • A weekly group coaching call with the Lean With Plants coaches, and a Q&A every two weeks with me or Ami on long-term leanness literacy. Every call is recorded.
  • The LWP app, where your meals, your coach's messages, the community, the recipes and your workouts all live in one place. More on that in inside the Lean With Plants app.
  • The STACK Method, the habit system designed to make the result hold after week twelve. See what the STACK Method is.

You can see the full structure on the how it works page.

How you get your real number

  1. You apply. The application takes a few minutes and asks about your history, your goals and where you are stuck.
  2. You book your call. It is a 45-minute Zoom call with someone from the Lean With Plants team. Be somewhere quiet, ideally on a laptop.
  3. The call is all about you. Where you are today, what has caused the weight gain and kept you stuck, where you genuinely want to be, and how to bridge that gap. We cover what actually happens in detail in the strategy call walkthrough.
  4. You get your options and your number. What working together would look like for you, what it costs, and the payment plan options if you want one.

Is it a sales call? Yes. Our clients pay us to teach them how to escape the dieting trap so they do not have to do this for the next 40 years. By the end of the call you will be completely clear on who we are, we will be completely clear on who you are, and we will both know whether working together will actually help. If it is a fit and you both say yes, you get set up straight away. If it is not, we part ways and you leave with more clarity than you arrived with. And if we do not think it will work for you, we will tell you.

Payment plans

There are payment plan options, so the investment can be spread over time instead of paid in one go. We partner with Klarna and Affirm: they handle the financing, and you see the terms before you agree to anything. Beyond that, we can get creative. The options that fit your situation are laid out on the call.

A lot of clients use a plan. It is not a lesser tier or a different program. Same coach, same daily check-ins, same app, same program. There is more detail in Lean With Plants payment options.

Why it is not month to month

The women who work with us invest up front to get the job finished, and there is a reason the program is built that way.

Behavior change runs on a cycle. The first couple of weeks feel great because everything is new. A few weeks in, the novelty wears off, life interferes, something goes wrong, and the old pattern comes calling. That window is exactly where women quit, and it is exactly where a coach is worth the most. A month-to-month structure hands you an exit at the precise moment quitting feels most reasonable, and you never reach the part where the new habits run on autopilot.

Committing to the full program is not a pricing tactic. It is why the results hold.

Frequently asked questions

How much does Lean With Plants cost? There is no published price. It is not cheap and it is not comparable to an e-book, a gym membership, Optavia or Weight Watchers, but it is also not the crazy number most women imagine, and for most women it is very doable. Your real number, specific to your situation and what you need, is talked about on a 45-minute call after you apply, along with the payment plan options.

Why won't you put the price on the website? Because if women saw a number first, most of them would not show up to the conversation, and they would never find out whether this solves their problem. Nobody who runs high-touch, one-on-one coaching publishes their price, for exactly that reason.

Can normal people afford it? Yes. The women we work with are normal working women and retirees with some savings set aside, not millionaires. There are payment plan options, we can get creative, and if it is the right fit we normally can make it work.

Are payment plans available? Yes. We partner with Klarna and Affirm for payment plans, and the options that apply to you are explained on the call before you commit to anything.

What happens at the end of the call? If it is a fit and you both say yes, you get set up straight away. If it is not, we part ways and you leave with more clarity. If we do not think it will work for you, we will tell you.

Is there a free way to start? Yes. There is a free live training that walks through the method, and it is a good first step if you are not ready to talk to anyone yet.
